Overview

A growth-hormone-releasing peptide protocol that may support sleep architecture, recovery and lean tissue maintenance as endogenous secretion declines with age, when prescribed within physiologic bounds.

Sermorelin is an analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Rather than overriding the body's own signaling, it encourages the pituitary to release GH during the deep-sleep window when secretion naturally peaks — a considered alternative to exogenous growth hormone administration.

How it works

The mechanism

Sermorelin binds GHRH receptors on the anterior pituitary, triggering pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone. IGF-1 is followed to keep the response inside a physiologic corridor.

Candidacy

Who it's for

  • —Adults with symptoms consistent with somatopause
  • —Patients seeking better recovery and deeper, more restorative sleep
  • —Longevity-minded adults who prefer physiologic modulation to exogenous replacement
Benefits it may support

What good care can do.

Individual response varies. Our providers define realistic outcomes with you before any protocol begins, and refine the plan as your body responds.

  • —May support steadier energy, mood and cognitive clarity
  • —May help restore libido and sexual function where clinically appropriate
  • —May support lean body composition and training recovery
  • —Designed to help rebalance the endocrine baseline with ongoing medical oversight
What to expect

A calibrated timeline.

After your assessment, our provider reviews your history and, where indicated, orders baseline labs. If sermorelin is clinically appropriate, your personalized protocol is prescribed and shipped discreetly. From there, care is continuous — with scheduled check-ins, adjustment where needed and ongoing medical oversight throughout your plan.

Weeks 2–4

Sleep depth and next-day recovery are typically the earliest shifts.

Months 2–4

Body composition and skin quality may improve gradually.

Safety & side effects

Responsibly prescribed.

Injection-site irritation and transient flushing are the most common effects. IGF-1 is monitored so response stays within a physiologic range; therapy is paused where clinically indicated.

This is a summary, not a complete list of considerations. Your provider will review the full risk-benefit picture, personal and family history, current medications and contraindications before any protocol is prescribed.

Provider oversight

Care that continues.

Every protocol is prescribed and managed by a US board-certified provider. Dose adjustments, ancillary medications, laboratory cadence and de-escalation decisions are made by your provider, not by a template.

Secure messaging keeps the conversation open between visits. When labs or symptoms suggest a change, we adjust. When a protocol has done its work, we say so.
