Prescription-strength actives, dispensed under provider direction.
Prescription only where clinically appropriate, following provider evaluation.

Personalized plans are shared after provider review. Pricing varies by therapy and treatment plan, and medication cost is disclosed transparently before you commit.
A provider-directed skincare protocol that may include prescription-strength actives such as Tretinoin, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Hydroquinone and Hydrocortisone, when a licensed provider determines these ingredients are appropriate for you.
Ingredients that may be included in your protocol, when clinically appropriate, are: Tretinoin (a prescription cream in the retinoid class, used to help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by supporting collagen production, and to help fade age spots and soften rough patches); Niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3 that may help reduce inflammation, support the skin barrier, improve smoothness and reduce dark spots); Hyaluronic Acid (a naturally occurring substance that helps retain moisture); Hydroquinone (a skin-lightening agent used for dark spots and hyperpigmentation); and Hydrocortisone (a topical mild steroid used to help reduce inflammation, redness and itching).
Selected actives may help support skin renewal, hydration, tone and inflammation control. Your provider selects which ingredients are appropriate for your skin type and goals.
Individual response varies. Our providers define realistic outcomes with you before any protocol begins, and refine the plan as your body responds.
After your assessment, our provider reviews your history and, where indicated, orders baseline labs. If skincare is clinically appropriate, your personalized protocol is prescribed and shipped discreetly. From there, care is continuous — with scheduled check-ins, adjustment where needed and ongoing medical oversight throughout your plan.
Redness, dryness, itching, scaling or mild burning may occur during initial use. These effects usually decrease with continued use.
Individual response varies. Your provider adjusts the protocol as your skin adapts.
Tretinoin may cause a brief warmth or stinging sensation on application, and redness, dryness, itching, scaling or mild burning during the first 2–4 weeks. Niacinamide and topical Hyaluronic Acid are generally well tolerated; mild burning, itching or redness may occur. Hydroquinone may cause redness, dryness and irritation, and carries a risk of exogenous ochronosis (a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin), which is more common in darker skin types, with strengths greater than 4%, and with prolonged treatment beyond 3 months without breaks — any signs of blue-black darkening should prompt immediate discontinuation. The carcinogenic potential of Hydroquinone in humans is unknown. Topical Hydrocortisone may cause burning, itching, irritation, redness or dryness. Your provider reviews eligibility before prescribing.
This is a summary, not a complete list of considerations. Your provider will review the full risk-benefit picture, personal and family history, current medications and contraindications before any protocol is prescribed.
Every protocol is prescribed and managed by a US board-certified provider. Dose adjustments, ancillary medications, laboratory cadence and de-escalation decisions are made by your provider, not by a template.
Secure messaging keeps the conversation open between visits. When labs or symptoms suggest a change, we adjust. When a protocol has done its work, we say so.
